Our first loss

We had our second game. It was HORRIBLE!!!! We lost 20 something to 40 something. I don't even remember the score. We also had our third game. It was ok. The score was 22 to 28. That's better than losing. I can't wait until Monday when we play Whittemore Park. That should be exciting.

The Big Game

Thursday night was our first basketball game. It was awesome!!!!! We won 21 to 16. I can't wait until Monday for our next game. I hope we WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

YES!!!

We finished tryouts wednesday. I was so NERVOUS!! I didn't know whether I would make it or not. The coaches took FOREVER deciding who would be on the team. When they finally came out, they called out ''the chosen ones'' one by one. I WAS ONE OF THEM!!!!!!! I was so excited I couldn't hardly stand it. It took a lot of hard work to get on that team and I'm going to have to go to a lot of practices. But it will all be worth it. I am now an official school basketball player!

Who Said It Was Fun?

This week, basketball conditioning was held. OMG!!! Let's just say I am now in more PAIN than I ever thought I could be in. I didn't know my muscles could hurt this bad!! Never again will I listen to someone who tells me that conditioning is fun! I think I did enough running for my lifetime! I could hardly go up the stairs at school the next day. I got my exercise in for the year!
